Narelle Dickinson has been practising as a Psychologist in Queensland for over 13 years and is registered with the Queensland Psychologist Registration Board. She currently operates a private psychology practice with a focus on women’s mental health, and has been an active member of the Queensland Psychologists Registration Board since 2004.

She has undertaken postgraduate research and coursework study in psychology and is active in numerous professional associations, including the Australian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy and the Australia and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association. She has practised in government and non-government settings, in the areas of mental health, women’s health, fertility, paediatric services, relationships counselling, physical health and disability. Narelle has supervised a number of postgraduate psychology students, and has lectured and tutored in psychology.



Lyndsey Gore is currently completing her Masters of Applied Psychology at the University of Queensland. She has previously completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science with honours at the University of Queensland and is now registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a provisional psychologist.

She is specialising in the area of health psychology which is primarily concerned with the promotion and maintenance of health, as well as the prevention of illness. Lyndsey’s currently researching the psychological well-being of women who have had a baby as a result of assisted reproductive technology and this will be submitted for her Master’s thesis. This research will help develop tools that identify women who are vulnerable to developing psychological disorders both during treatment and



Dr Lisa Phillips-Leece is a clinical psychologist, clinical hypnotherapist and author. She specialises in treating depression, anxiety, fertility issues and parent grief with strategic short term psychotherapy, and clinical applications of hypnosis.

She has written a book “Surviving Miscarriage: In the Arms of an Angel” and has herself experienced IVF. She has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience in counselling women.
