Do we treat single females?

Mostly Assisted Conception Australia treats married or defacto couples as we concur with majority community opinion that this is in the best interests of the potential child. However, Assisted Conception Australia  recognise under Commonwealth anti-discrimination regulation single women cannot be refused treatment.

Assisted Conception Australia does not recruit  nor use anonymous sperm donors and therefore single and lesbian women need to bring their own known sperm donor to the clinic for treatment.  Counselling is required as well as screening bloods on the donor and quarantining of donated semen.
